About

Accreditation as a catalyst for institutional transformation

Beyond Compliance Accreditation Partners was founded on a simple conviction: accreditation should do more than satisfy a standard. It should strengthen programs, deepen candidate success, and build the capacity for institutions to keep getting better.

Her professional journey began in K–12 education, where she spent 15 years serving as a classroom teacher before advancing into leadership roles that included teacher lead, grade-level chair, curriculum specialist, administrator, and district English Language Development (ELD) coordinator. These experiences provided a strong foundation in instructional leadership, systems thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.

In higher education, she has served in key leadership positions including Accreditation and Assessment Lead, University Accreditation and Assessment Associate Director, Program Chair, and Department Chair. In these roles, she has partnered with faculty, administrators, and institutional leaders to strengthen academic quality, improve organizational effectiveness, and guide institutions through complex accreditation and transformational initiatives.

Known for her collaborative and coaching-oriented approach, Dr. Bogunovich works closely with institutions to create practical, sustainable systems that foster accountability, innovation, and long-term success. She believes accreditation should be more than a compliance exercise—it should serve as a catalyst for reflection, growth, and institutional transformation.

She consults with schools, districts, colleges, universities, online institutions, and private educational organizations seeking strategic guidance in accreditation, assessment, institutional planning, and continuous improvement.
